why do all team17 games seem to get very little updates/support after release?

do they have some kind of internal rule against it or something? I have just learned to be very careful about buying anything published by Team17 because every game I have that they published feels like it's dropped the moment it releases. it's why I don't own this yet really...

I kinda wonder how people are playing this game to begin with, i've tried and all i get is an error screen. not even a screen, the whole thing turns white then a box saying there's been an error. maybe my case is rare, but i cant say id recommend this given my experience.

Music?

Is there no music after the tutorial? I really liked the funky tunes of the games. But after the tutorial music stops and never starts again. Is that normal? Or it's somehow my mistake?
